Easley High School had a strong presence at Tuesday night's American Legion meeting. All our candidates delivered eloquent speeches and expressed their gratitude to the American Legion for their support of EHS. If you have the opportunity, please join us in congratulating these students for their remarkable achievement in representing Easley High.
We're particularly proud to announce that Brandi Williams was elected to the highest honor, serving as the Girls State Governor.
We are celebrating our NJROTC unit's 30th anniversary this week! Our cadets were recognized at last night's school board meeting and today were honored by a proclamation from Easley Mayor Butch Womack declaring this week as Easley High School NJROTC Week. A special thank you to Mayor Womack and the parents of Captain Kimberly Hampton for joining us this afternoon. Thank you to Mrs. Scott for the organization of it all! We are so proud of our NJROTC program and are excited to continue to celebrate them and their accomplishments. #FindYourE

We have had an amazing Spirit Week here at EHS, but we do need to share that we lost one of our amazing staff earlier this week. Our cafeteria manager, Lynnette Landreth, passed away on Wednesday morning. She was loved by all of us, and we miss hear dearly. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers.
