Our students have been enjoying a new type of hands-on learning here at EHS. We love having VR headsets that can be used to enhance what our teachers are doing in their classrooms.

Mrs. Tackett's Foods & Nutrition 1 students made their infomercials today based on cooking appliances. They made pancakes, waffles, bacon, eggs, smoothies, and quesadillas! Yum! 🥓🧇🥤

Our annual College and Career Fair is coming up next week! Join us in the main gym on October 9th to meet with various college, military, and business representatives. Don't worry about dinner either -- we will have food trucks! All students and families are invited.

Members of the American Legion select students each year through an application and interview process to serve as delegates to Palmetto Boys and Girls State, a program that allows students to gain hands-on experience over the summer learning more about local and state government.

If you know someone who would be a great fit for our School Improvement Council, please nominate them! This group of parents, teachers, and community members will meet periodically with EHS administration with a goal of improving school issues throughout the year. The form outlines the qualifications of who is eligible to serve. Thank you for your consideration!

Last night we held an open house for our Class of 2029 students! Families were able to attend sessions about various aspects of high school and how to be successful, meet with student organizations, and, naturally, have some snacks. It was a great night! #FindYourE

This morning was a time of reflection as EHS staff and students gathered with Easley area first responders, city officials, veterans, and community members to pay tribute to those who sacrificed so much to serve, protect, and save on September 11th, 2001. May we never forget.

If you are heading to Chemistry with Mr. Jeanes, class starts before you even enter the room! Students must face the Polyatomic Pass, where they have to give the correct name of the formula shown to them before they go inside. This gives Mr. Jeanes a chance to make sure his students understand the content and allows him to individually greet his students each day!

Our Turf Management class was out today making sure our football practice field and stadium look pristine! This class allows students to receive a CATE credit and has been really popular! #FindYourE

Our bands have been gearing up for their regular competition season and want to showcase their hard work. Admission is FREE- bring your family and friends!
