Guests - Prom Guest Approval Forms will be available in the front office the last week of February or can be printed here.

Prom Guest Approval Forms will only need to be completed for guests coming from outside of EHS. You can pick up the form in the front office. All Guest Approval Forms must be completed by the guests school and emailed to Ms. Odell by that schools administrator prior to the purchase of tickets. The last day for a guest approval form to be returned to Ms. Odell is March 26th.
